| The owners of The Munchkin Mart want to give educators a fun way to make some extra money and a way to save money by shopping for gently used teaching supplies. Being former educators, we know how the cost of supplies add up, so we created a teacher's resale event! | **Do you want to shop early and earn more money? Become a VOLUNTEER!** Click Here to register to become a volunteer and choose volunteer shifts. Choose to volunteer during the following shifts during the sale: Volunteer credits can also be earned by PASSING OUT FLYERS!! Volunteers can earn 1 hour of volunteer credit per school that at least 40 flyers are taken to. These flyers will need to be put into the teacher's boxes or given to the individual teachers. This means that if you distribute flyers to four schools, you can earn a volunteer pass!! *Please let us know in advance which school the flyers will be taken to, as it will be on a first come-first serve basis. For example, if a volunteer has already signed up to take flyers to Olympia Elementary, another volunteer will not earn credit for taking flyers to that school. *Distribute flyers to 4 schools and your $5 consignor fee will be waived! If you want to volunteer at the sale, you will need to register as a volunteer on our website. If you would like to pick up flyers to distribute to a school, please let us know as soon as possible. We will set up a time to meet you to give you the amount of flyers that you will need. |
- VOLUNTEER - work a 4 hour shift and shop early before
consignors and the public.
- SUPER VOLUNTEER - volunteer to work for 8 hours during
the sale. The 8 hours can be split into two, 4 hour shifts. (For
example, volunteer during set up or break down for 4 hrs. and during
the sale for 4 hours.) You can also volunteer for 4 hours at the sale
and distribute flyers to 4 schools or distribute flyers to 8 schools.
A SUPER volunteer will shop early AND earn 75% profit!
- MEGA VOLUNTEER - volunteer to work for 12 hours during
the sale. The 12 hours can be split into multiple shifts, if necessary.
A MEGA volunteer will shop early AND earn 80% profit. Again,
passing out flyers will count towards volunteer credit.
| Consignor Information Click Here to register to become a consignor for The Teacher Treasure Resale Event. Consignors will need to log in on the website in order to receive a consignor number and password. You will use this information to create online tags, schedule a drop off time and volunteer shifts. *All consignors (returning and new) must register as a new consignor. This applies to all consignors, even if you registered online for the Spring Children's Sale. **ALL tags will be generated online using our NEW barcode tagging system.** Note: All consignors will have a $5 consignor fee deducted from their profit earnings check. You have the option of having your items be sold at 1/2 price during the 1/2 price sale. You will choose this option when you create your tags. When choosing your drop off time, please note that you WILL BE HELPING put your items out on the sales floor. This will especially be helpful if you have resource books! Please have your resource sorted by subjects upon arrival. Each area and container will be labeled to help make this process go as quick as possible. |
