Tuesday, March 9:
Consignor Drop off: 6pm - 9pm
*Once you register as a consignor, you will be given a list of drop off times to choose from.
Wednesday, March 10:
Consignor Drop off: 9am - 9pm
Thursday, March 11:
Consignor Drop off: 9 - 11:30am
Early-Bird Pre-sale: 4:30 - 6pm (*This pre-sale is ONLY for
volunteers who work during the pre-sale from 6-10pm. These volunteers must
also work an additional 8 hours during the sale. This shift is limited to 8
volunteers.)
12 and 16 hour Volunteer Pre-sale: 5 - 9pm
4 and 8 hour Volunteer Pre-sale: 5:30 - 9pm
Consignor Pre-sale: 6 - 9pm
*This pre-sale is open to ALL consignors!
Open to Public: 7 - 9pm
*Admission: $3 for adults (18 years and older)
-OR- bring 3 non-perishable food items to
donate to the San Antonio Food Bank
*Military are FREE with a military I.D.
Friday, March 12:
Open to the Public: 9am - 4pm
*Admission is FREE!

Sort things for pick up: 4 - 7:30pm
Consignors pick up unsold items: 7:30 - 9pm
