Consignor Drop off: 9am - 9pm
Friday, September 24:
Consignor Drop off: 9am - 11:30am
Early-Bird Pre-sale: 4pm - 5:30pm
(*This pre-sale is ONLY for volunteers who work during the pre-sale from
5:30pm - 9:30pm or from 6:30pm - 10:30pm. These volunteers must also work
an additional 8 hours during the sale. There is a limited number of slots for
these shifts.)
12 and 16 hour Volunteer Pre-sale: 4:30pm - 9:30pm
4 and 8 hour Volunteer Pre-sale: 5:00pm - 9:30pm
Consignor Pre-sale: 5:30pm - 9:30pm
*This pre-sale is open to ALL consignors!
Open to Public: 7:30pm - 9:30pm
*Admission: $3 for adults (18 years and older) -OR- bring 3
non-perishable food items to donate to the San Antonio Food Bank
*Military are FREE with a current military I.D.

Open to the Public:
*Admission is FREE!
