Is there a fee to consign: Yes, there is a $10 consignor fee.
Will I get my hangers back? No. Hangers are sold with the
items at time of purchase. Any items that are not sold at the sale will
be returned with its hanger.
Can I use straight pins? No. Only safety pins will be accepted.
Can I use a tagging gun instead of safety pins? Yes
How do I attach tags onto toys, books, etc? Clear
packing tape works great for attaching tags to toys, furniture, plastic
ware, etc. Scotch tape works great for books and puzzles. Make sure
you tape at least 2 sides of the tag to the item.
Do I have to use cardstock? Yes. White cardstock needs to
be used to print tags.
My tags are printing off in a funny code language.
What do I do? This is probably because you are using Firefox.
There is a setting that you are going to need to change before printing.
Please email us if you are experiencing this and we will give you the steps
to follow for changing this setting.
My dots are printing off gray instead of red.
What do I do? Make sure the color setting is turned on before you
print. If you print in black ink only, you will need to color over the gray
dot with a red marker so that the dot appears red.
Are car seats accepted? No, car seats are not accepted unless
they are a part of a stroller car seat combo.
When is the deadline for entering my tags online?

When is the deadline for registering for the Spring
Sale? Wednesday, September 22nd at 11:00pm
How long will it take to drop off my items? It usually
takes about 30 minutes for each drop off session.
When I drop off my items, what are you checking
for? We are checking to see if each item has a tag, which is attached
with tape, safety pins or a tagging gun. We are also making sure that
items are free of stains, rips and holes. Toys and games must have all
pieces included in order for them to be accepted.
Why should I volunteer? Earn EXTRA MONEY! Volunteers
earn a pre-sale pass, with the opportunity to make up to 80% profit.
Can I bring my child(ren) with me to volunteer?
No. Children are not allowed to be with you during volunteer hours. The
only exception to this is if your child can be worn in a carrier or if your
child is at least 14 years old.
When do I pick up my items that did not sell? Once
the sale is over on Sunday, we will re-sort all remaining items. Pick up of
unsold items will be on Sunday evening.
How long will it take to receive my check once the
sale over? Checks are processed the week after the sale. You
should receive it within 2 weeks after the sale.
